I used to be afraid to take my shoes off when I went to other peoples houses. Now my feet never stink! I spray it on the bottom of my feet and between the toes. I put my feet in front of a fan to dry. once in a while i spray inside my shoes and let 'em dry overnight. You can combine with foot powder for dry and odor free, but works great without. I sprayed it on the bottom of my feet and in my shoes. I had some minor itching on the bottom of my feet and it went away in a couple of days. Now I spray this in my golf shoes after I'm done golfing and it works perfectly, killing off any potential fungus.
