I used to be afraid to take my shoes off when I went to other peoples houses. Now my feet never stink! I spray it on the bottom of my feet and between the toes. I put my feet in front of a fan to dry. once in a while i spray inside my shoes and let 'em dry overnight. You can combine with foot powder for dry and odor free, but works great without.
